Lucanamarca was a mistake, but your account of it is riddled with lies. The excesses were done by local militias, NOT by the PCP. You are also treating the PCP as if it is a thing of the past, which it is not. The revolution in Peru remains underway. You are propagating anti-Maoist propaganda.
